Fulfilment Policy for Prabhu Music Events

Please review our fulfilment policies regarding refunds, ticket delivery, returns, and cancellations below. Please contact help@prabhumusic.net if you have any questions.

1. Refund Policy

•All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled.
•If an event is canceled, BrightStar Events (the ticketing service provider) will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
•If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be available upon request, subject to approval by Prabhu Music.
•Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

2. Ticket Delivery Policy

Tickets for Prabhu Music concerts are sold via BrightStarEvents.com.

BrightStar’s preferred and exclusive payment processing partner is Stripe.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an electronic ticket (e-ticket) via email from BrightStar Events.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your ticket.

3. Return Policy

•As all tickets are non-transferable and non-returnable, we do not accept returns once a purchase is completed.
•If you believe you have received an incorrect ticket, please contact Prabhu Music immediately for assistance via the contact form on the ticketing page on BrightStar Events or email help@prabhumusic.net

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
•If a Prabhu Music concert is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email, and refunds will be approved by Prabhu Music and processed by BrightStar Events.
•If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis via Prabhu Music.
•In cases of force majeure (e.g., weather, venue issues, unforeseen circumstances), updates will be provided via email and the Prabhu Music website.
